Vietnamese cinnamon is derived from the bark of the cinnamomum loureirii cassia tree that is native to the mountainous regions of central and northern vietnam.
It is one of the sweetest and strongest varieties of cinnamon. Due to high percentage of essential oils (nearly 6%), it has the best flavours and are used in cooking, medicine and perfume industry.
