Urja Peelable Coating Or Strippable Coating

These water based peelable coatings which have been developed first time in india.

Dry film acts as temporary protective coating . Film will be crystal clear, transparent, and elastic. It can be easily peeled off when desired.

All these water based peelable coatings are used as a protective coating for name plates, aluminium & brass labels, S.S. sheets , stainless steel surfaces, glass, acrylic, mirror, plastic fabricated items, watches, dials, clocks, glazed tiles, laminated photos & posters, dome labels, photo frames, washing machine, refrigerators, ovens, cooking range bodies, steel sinks, sanitary ware, geyser bodies, sunmica laminates, aluminium doors & windows, cupboards, pressure cookers & non-stick ware, helmets, automobiles, two wheelers bodies and parts, anodized coloured aluminium doors & window frames, F.R.P. Products, solar panels & equipment, bath tubs, wrought iron furniture, computer plastic bodies etc. It is also used as a paint mask.

Our range / series of peelable coatings and their sub grades as per product end useage :-


1) Kleairpeel (water soluble film after drying - can be peeled off when required)
2) Easipeel (water resistant film after drying - can be peeled off when required)
3) Propeel (water proof film after drying - can be peeled off when required) but still under R&D for better perfection in the product in this series.

All above products are Water Based Liquids , ready to use and are Air Drying. They can be applied by a Hand Roller, Painting Brush, Regular Spray Gun or a Roller Coating Machine in accordance to the product selected. All the equipments can be washed with water after the work is over.

All Coatings dry in about 20-30 minutes depending on the external temperature. A minimum dry film thickness of 100-150 microns is required for perfect peeling and protection. Some products require a minimum curing time of 12-24 hours (according to weather conditions) for perfect film formation before it is peeled off.

Depending on the product selected for use all the dry films will have different degree of water resistance in Dry film. Forced drying by mild heat (35-45 deg C for a few minutes) will accelerate the curing, thereby reducing the curing / drying time. When removing the film start from one corner and peel off carefully and slowly away from the protected / finished surface.

Water Borne Peelable Resin PU-3018A

Product Introduction

PU-3018A is a protective resin made of water borne polyurethane dispersions, using high performance additives and advanced processing technology. The waterborne peelable coating made of this resin has bright color, and fine particle size, coated on the surface of automobiles, furniture, electrical appliances and other objects as a protective coating, with good protection, can form a continuous, uniform, strong protective coating on the surface of complex shapes, can isolate the erosion medium, protect the surface of the substrate not easy to be worn, abrased, scratched, meanwhile, moisture-proof, rust-proof, corrosion â??proof, improve the commodity value of coated products. Upon completion of the protection period, the film can be conveniently removed to restore the original appearance of the object.

Application Guide

Can be directly painted on the surface of the construction surface, or add the right amount of water after dilution
Can be added talc, silica and other inorganic split materials
Can also add resin-free pigment paste to do color temporary protection coating
The peelable film dry completely, when it needs to be removed, please tear out a long mouth along the edge of the film, and then slowly peel the film from the coated surface with a force of about 4-5kg


Packaging and Storage Condition

50KG, 120KG, 200KG plastic drum;
Stored in a 100% light â??proof sealed container;
Stored in a cool and dry place indoor at 5-30â??;
Under high temperature or exposure, the shelf life will be significantly shortened;
Shelf life is 12 months from the date of production under condition that the drum is not opened.
