The whole Block is cut into Slabs in 1sttable wire frame, then spinning the pusher wheel for the Slabs on the machine table for 2nd operation to cut Slabs into Bars & by 3rd operation the bars will cut into Cakes of required size.

The mechanism for pushing the Soap forward is arranged by means of Rack & Pinion

Double Cutting Machine is used for cutting Soap Slabs into Bars & Bars into Cakes respectively and also used for cutting finished
Bars in to Cakes of any length that may be required.
