Specification

1. Soft Aluminium Foil one side primer coat for printing and other side laminated with LDPE film. 2. Soft Aluminium Foil one side printed and other side laminated with LDPE film.

Application

1. The LDPE laminated soft pharmaceutical strip foil is suitable for packing the tablet, and capsules (Both side strip foil and in center tablet or capsules).

2. Suitable for Lidding Foil in certain cases.

3. Any other use with the consent of manufacturer.

Foil Rolled from Aluminum Alloy - AA 8011 grade imported foil stock conforming to ICH Q3D Schedule, Rolled with FDA approved consumables and international guidelines on Health and Safety.

Each Reel / Jumbo Roll is identified with a sticker, which is pasted inside the core and has got following information: -

Specification/ Gauge/ Width/ Lot No./ Operator No./ Date/ Set No./ Machine name/ No. of Joints.

Test Certificate: The test certificates provided on observed values with standard parameters or mutually agreed format.

Above-mentioned specifications are for general guideline only and can be changed as part of continuous improvement programme.

The final product specification will be made as per customer requirement.
