Welded Wire Mesh Machine

1. Manual feeding type: Manual place the precut wires into mesh mold, start the welding machine and welding a row in turn, then manual push mold to next row for automatic welding until finish a complete mesh;
2. Semiautomatic feeding type: Manual place the precut wires into mesh mold, automatic step feeding to welding position and welding a row automatically, then automatic draw the mesh mold to next welding position and automatic welding until to finish a complete mesh, then mesh mold automatic back to origin and get out the mesh ;
3. Automatic Double Mold Feeding Type: Adopted double layers type or tandem type automatic welding fixtures, and combined advanced PLC , human machine interface and precision servo motor driven system to obtain the continuous feeding and welding automatically.
Machine included double mold for alternating welding, if one performed welding, then another can be placed wires at same time. So the machine can continues working to improve production efficiency;
4. Full automatic feeding type: Equipped automatic hopper for cross wire feeding, line wire automatic feeding as setting length through automatic mesh drawing system .
Widely used for each kinds of fence , hardware mesh, goods shelf, cages, wire frame, steel plate stiffener and others multiple spot welding.

Function Characteristics:

This machine adopts electrical synchronous control technique, welding time and cent-control welding are composed of numeral and integrated electric circuit. This operation is accurate, it has stable function, firm welded point, and without welded tracks. Not only welded speed is fast, but also it is easy to learn and use. Step motor controls fallen weft, so it is even and accurate, the edge of mesh is regular; it is unnecessary to slice the side. Drawing mesh adopts the equipment with elastic tension link and fixing mesh, it is easy to regulate mesh hole, and mesh size is rather accurate.

The welded wire mesh is formed by performing row welding on high-quality low carbon steel iron wires and performing surface passivation and plasticization such as cold plating (electroplating), hot plating, pvc plastic coating and so on, and has a smooth wire side, uniform meshes, firm welding spots, high and stable local machining performance and high corrosion resistance. The stainless steel welded wire mesh is formed by performing row welding on high-quality stainless steel wires, and has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, firm welding, attractive appearance, wide application and so on.

Packaging: the welded wire mesh is generally packaged by waterproof paper (the color is mostly grey white and yellow, and the paper has a trademark, a certificate and so on). The domestically sold welded wire mesh with small wire diameter of 0.3 to 0.6mm has relatively thin and soft small coil wires, and customers frequently request to bundle and bag the wires, so scratches and so on caused by shipping are prevented.

The welded wire mesh has straight wires, also has wavy wires (also called a holland wire mesh), and can be classified into a welded wire mesh panel and a welded wire mesh coil according to the shape of the wire side.
