The whole Block is cut into Slabs by means of Hand Cutter No. F-3 (TEMPLATE) then put the Slabs on the machine table i.e. for
2nd operation to cut Slabs into Bars & by 3rd operation the bars will cut into Cakes of required size. The mechanism for pushing
the Soap forward is arranged by means of Rack & Pinion. The cut is clean and sharp. Gear arrangement is provided for smooth
operation.
Meant for Mass Production up to 5000 Kg.
Cutting Operation Performed by Wire.
Bearing & Double Gearing System.
Wire Type Cutter is used for Toilet soaps, Oil Soaps, Laundry Soaps Manufacturers and other applicable industries.
