RAPPORT RP-6210 Hybrid Sealant is based on the hybrid silicone polymer one-component adhesive. It react with moisture in the air, and gradually formed a kind of high strength of the elastomer.
RAPPORT RP-6210 Hybrid Sealant is a universal sealant, with higher adhesion property and better elastic recovery rate. It is suitable for all kinds of porosity and porous material.

Typical Application:

Suitable for various substrate seam sealing, including stainless steel, sheet, copper, wood, coating, etc, with the function of waterproof anti-corrosion sealing seal inside and outside.
Suitable for is suitable for sealing, seam sealing, simple bonding as well as for vibration reduction and sound dampening measures in collision repair and vehicle body construction.

Instructions for Use:

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: +5 to +45
1. Cleanse with a cleaning agent, to keep the substrate surfaces completely cleanï¼?JOIN LEADER also provide the cleaning agent for your convenienceï¼?
2. Use the sealant after cleaning agent dries, around 1~2mins later. You can use two different cloth, one for cleaning agent, and the other for sealant. ï¼?Notice that the two cant be mixed use together, and the second cloth will be better purified cotton and no picking.ï¼?
3. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.
4. Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas. Tool immediately after sealant application, make it smooth and remove masking tape before sealant skins.

Low-odor epoxy resin two-component adhesive. It cures in 2-4 hours at 20-25°C and is fully cured in 24 hours. It has high strength and 100% filling performance after 72 hours. It can form a high-strength, solvent-resistant adhesive film with Heat resistance.

Application : Suitable for bonding between wood, ceramics, stone and other same materials and dissimilar materials. Commonly used in various wooden furniture, stairs, floors, display cabinets, musical instruments, handicrafts and other products.

If there is any grease or oil on the surface of the bonded body, it must be removed or polished first.

Mix evenly at a volume ratio of 1:1 and then apply glue. Use it before the colloid thickens. The usage time depends on the amount of glue and the temperature. Generally, at 20â??-30â??, 100g can be used for 0.5 hours under pressure. 3 hours, fully hardened in 3-4 hours

If there is stratification, stir it evenly before adjusting the glue. Glue A and B cannot be mixed when not used for glue mixing.
