This Cesium Vanadium Catalyst is mainly used in the Section I upper part, Section III, Section IV and Section V of the converter. Operating temperature is 390 -620
S112 series cesium vanadium catalyst is made by taking refined composite diatomite as high-performance carrier with new techniques. Alkali metal cesium and potassium compounds are adopted as promoters so that vanadium pentoxide and promoters uniformly and fully penetrate into the carrier in the form of solution. The cesium vanadium catalyst is thus refined.
S112 low temperature series vanadium catalyst has high activity level, especially in the temperature range of 390-620 . Its ignition temperature is 320 . The vanadium catalyst has the following features:
1.The reaction speed is faster than that of ordinary catalyst, and it is especially suitable for the low atmosphere conditions of high concentration of sulfur dioxide or oxygen and sulfur dioxide in the Section I.
