Processing application: PCBN tools are mainly used in various hardened steel, quenched and tempered steel, tool steel, die steel, bearing steel (HRC45-70); chilled cast iron, high chromium cast iron, nickel-based, cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy, cobalt-based High temperature alloy (HRC35-70) and difficult-to-machine gray cast iron; and various other difficult-to-machine black materials.
