Q1. What is the payment Terms ?
A1: T/T, 30% initial payment when order ,70% balance payment before shipment; Irrevocable LC at sight. When we receive the advance payment, we will start to make production. When the machine is ready , we will take pictures to you after we got your balance payment. we will send the machine to you.
Q2.How can I choose the most suitable machines ?
A2: Please let us know your machining demand or machine size, we can choose the best model for you, or you can choose the exact model by yourself. You can also send us the products drawing, we will choose the most suitable machines for you.
Q3. What is the package of the machines?
A3: The machines standard packed by iron pallets or Fumigated wood with plywood films.
Q4. What is your trade terms?
A4: FOB, CFR, CIF or others terms are all acceptable.
Q5. What is your minimum order quantity and warranty?
A5: MOQ is one set, and warranty is one year. but we will offer lifetime service for machine.
Q6.When is the delivery time?
A6: We will delivery then within 15-60 working days after received your deposit. If some special machines will be some longer, we will give you the answer accordingly.
Q7: How to ensure the quality?
A7: 1.Firstly we choose best material for the processing.
2.Being and after processing, we will inspect the finished parts.
3.Machine finished, our company QC will test the machine as per customer requests.
Q8: How to deal with the after-sales service?
A8: 1. Technician available for training and installation at customer's company
2. Internet service by sending emails and videos, communicating online or calling
3. One year warranty. During the warranty period, we will sent damage of the machine parts (non-human factors)for free.
Q9: How do we get the training for the machines?
A9: You can send your people to our factory and we will offer training free of charge, or we can send our engineer to your place.
