Introduction
The ARLTQ series filter cartridge is made of hydrophilic PTFE micropore membrane as the filtering medium. It is manufactured by thermally fusing PTFE filter membrane and PP support material, without any adhesives. It is suitable for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry with strict requirements. Its main features include stable hydrophilic, high retention rate, excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability. It does not require pre-wetting when filtering solvents with high water content. The double-layer membranes formula can better improve the filtration efficiency. Its biological safety and endotoxin indexes meet FDA requirements and Chinese Pharmacopoeia standards. All products have passed integrity tests of the instrument.

Microporous folding filter cartridge is made of ultra-fine polypropylene (PP) fiber film and non-woven cloth or (silk screen) folded for the support layer. The shell, center rod and end cover of the filter core are processed and formed by hot-melt welding technology, without any adhesive, non-leakage, and no secondary pollution.

It has good permeation filtration performance and high filtration accuracy, as well as certain strength and toughness, and can be used at a high temperature of 600 C.
The metal microporous filter cartridge is mainly used in basic industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, and environmental protection as filter materials, porous electrode materials, sound-absorbing materials, shock-absorbing materials, divergent cooling materials, catalysts and catalytic reduction materials, antifreeze and buffer materials.

Package and Shipment

Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.
