A stainless steel nylon lock nut is a special nut that has a ring of nylon washers on one side. This design allows the nut to use the friction between the nylon ring and the bolt to achieve the anti-loosening locking function when installing. The production process of stainless steel nylon lock nuts involves cold forming the metal part, leaving an inlet for the nylon washer, which is then punched from above.
