Super-precision, high-capacity, single row angular contact ball bearing
These super-precision, high-capacity, single row angular contact ball bearings, with 15° contact angle, accommodate radial and axial loads acting simultaneously, where the axial load acts in one direction only. They are designed to accommodate heavy loads at relatively high speeds under low to moderate operating temperatures.

Super ball linear bearing

Silicon nitride ceramic ball is a kind of precision ceramic sintered at high temperature in non-oxidizing atmosphere. It has high strength, high wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance. It can be used in seawater for a long time, and has good properties of insulation. At 800 C, the strength and hardness are almost unchanged, and its density is 3.20g/cm3, which is almost 1/3 of bearing steel. Small weight and small centrifugal force in rotation can achieve high speed operation. It is also self-lubricating, it can be used in the environment without high pollution of lubricating medium. It is the preferred material for ceramic bearings and mixed ceramic ball bearings.
