Wollaston polarizer is made of two birefringent material prisms that are cemented together. The deviations of the ordinary and extraordinary beams are nearly symmetrical about the input beam axis, so that the Wollaston polarizing beam splitter has approximately twice the deviation of the Rochon. The separation angle exhibits chromatic dispersion, as shown in the blow. Any separation angle can be designed upon the requirement. The separation angle of standard products vs wavelength is shown in the plot below.

Photonchina produces the smallest rod lenses for customers at home and abroad.
Micro rod lenses: 0.5-1.8mm diameter, 1.0-25mm length, with one end of designated curvature radius and another end of arbitrary angle.
Both ends of arbitrary radii or angle are also available. Highly customized products for a wide range of applications from medical device, fiber communications, optical display and surveying equipment.
What is more, we can provide unique rod-shaped glued lenses by combining special gluing/cementing technics and edging skill. These glued/cemented rod lenses subassembly can be made of up to four single micro rod lenses with various combination. Rod lens assembly systems are able to provide images with greater brightness, contrast and color reproduction than conventional lenses.
Rigid endoscope, for instance, which usually has a series of high-resolution optical glass rod lenses, can be forward viewing (0 degrees) or angled (10120 degrees) to allow visualization out of the axis of the telescope and increase the FOV by rotating the instrument. The optical quality of lens-generated images of rigid endoscopes still surpasses that of the fiber-optic or digital images produced by flexible scopes.
High performance optical coatings for rod lenses are provided.

Dove Prism

Photonchina has been focusing on dove prism manufacture for more than decades in order to meet demands of customers worldwide in applications ranging from image displaying to fiber communications.
Dove prism is a type of reflective prism which is used to invert an image. These prisms are shaped from a truncated right-angle prism. A beam of light entering one of the sloped faces of the prism undergoes total internal reflection from the inside of the longest (bottom) face and emerges from the opposite sloped face. Images passing through the prism are flipped, and because only one reflection takes place, the image's handedness is changed to the opposite sense.
If you look through the prism and rotate it around a longitudinal axis, the image rotates through twice the angle through which the dove prism itself rotates. For optimal performance, you may use dove prisms with collimated light. The top surface of each dove prism is ground and the longest length features an unbeveled sharp edge.
Dove Prisms are offered uncoated, with anti-reflection coated diagonal faces, or with aluminized diagonal faces. Aluminized dove prisms feature a protected aluminum coating with black Krylon paint on the diagonal faces and are ideal for displaced retroreflection. They provide a u-turn for incident laser beam light.

Glan Laser prism polarizer is made of two same birefringent material prisms that are assembled with an air space. The polarizer is a modification of the Glan Taylor type and is designed to have less reflection loss at the prism junction. The polarizer with two escape windows allow the rejected beam to escape out of the polarizer, which makes it more desirable for high energy lasers. The surface quality of these faces is relatively poor as compared to that of entrance and exit faces. No scratch dig surface quality specifications are assigned to these faces. The polarized field F1 and F2 of these is shown in the plot below.
