Eucalyptus Honey - December

1. Lychee Flower Honey:
Our first produce of the year, came from Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, located at altitude of 2400ft. Our bees worked tirelessly, in the Lychee Orchards in the months of March and April to produce this exclusive and aromatic Lychee Honey.
Its aromatic floral flavour makes it the most popular honey among young children.

2. Wild Thyme Flower Honey:
The most valuable and highly medicinal honey, produced at an altitude of 12,000ft in the Miyar Valley of Lahaul Spiti district, Himachal Pradesh.
With a strong acquired taste and a pungently herbal smell, Wild Thyme honey is mother nature's gift to us. Wild Thyme honey has one of the highest antioxidant ratings for any honey in the world, (3 to 4 times higher than other honeys) and is also very high in antibacterial activity.

3. Eucalyptus Flower Honey:

Eucalyptus Honey is medium-sweet with a strong earthy caramel flavours. There is no bitterness and only a slight woody and medicinal aftertaste.

Raw eucalyptus honey contains much more vitamin C and vitamin B9 than other mono-floral honeys; thatâ??s its primary nutritional benefit.

Eucalyptus honey is often used with great effectiveness to treat coughs and colds as well as upper respiratory infections; some studies have shown it to be more effective than cough syrups for sore throats, the menthol-like properties of eucalyptus makes it an excellent decongestant, and it has strong expectorant power to clear mucus. Some believe that eucalyptus honey may eventually be proven as a first-line treatment for more serious respiratory diseases.
