Description:
This kind of c5 aliphatic hydrocarbon resin is applicable for hot melt road paint, which can enhance the tenacity, hardness and adhesive force of the paint, then form smooth paint surface, and could keep its stability in different temperatures of seasons by adding auxiliary agent.

Gd-dh series hydrocarbon resin is water white dcpd hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin derived from cyclic ingredients. Dcpd hydrogenated petroleum resin is designated to tackify for a variety of adhesive polymers including eva, sis, hma, hmpsa, sbpsa.
Soluble in most aliphatic and aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Insoluble in alcohols and water.

Application:
Adhesive, hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive, solvent-borne adhesive, rubber, varnish, coating etc.

C5 Hydrocarbon resin is playing gradually more and more important role as tackifier in the adhesive and sealant industry, especially in the application of hot melt adhesive and pressure sensitive adhesive. The series of petroleum resins product are a category of C5 aliphatic hydrocarbon resins applicable for hot melt adhesive and pressure sensitive adhesive. These products have an excellent compatibility with a wide variety of elastomers including natural rubber (NR), synthetic rubber, Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and styrenic block copolymer such as SIS, SBS, SEBS, SEPS. Additionally, they also have a good compatibility with the natural tackfying resins such as terpene, rosin and thereof derivatives. At the same time, all the properties of adhesive can be improved in various degrees by the application of these C5 petroleum resins. In recent years, C5 petroleum resins are gradually replacing the natural resin tackfier(such as terpene and rosin) due to its advantages of high deep strength, fast tack, stable adhesion performance, moderate melting viscosity, high thermal resistance, good compatibility with polymer basis, economic price.

PF100 resin is yellow color C5 hydrocarbon resin which is designed to tackify a variety of adhesive polymers, including ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), styrenic block copolymers (SIS, SBS, SEBS), amorphous polyalphaolefins (APAO).

PF120 resin is light yellow color aromatic modified C5 hydrocarbon resin which has low Mz and narrow molecular weight distribution. It could be tailored to provide an optimal cohesion balance in SIS-based HMPSA.
