We are manufacturing the poles used in lighting main roads, streets, parks, gardens in compliance with TS 914-ISO 9002 standards. Lighting poles are coated by at least 70 -80 micron galvanic in the zinc bath by hot-dipping method. We are carrying out our manufacturing as a result of static calculations by taking the height of the lighting poles, cantilever lengths, basic anchoring and the armatures installed above them into account.
Our road lamp poles are made from quality sheets through bending, forming, automatic welding, hot galvanization and plastic-spray. We can reach one-run machining length of 14m and own advanced tube-bending equipment and maturated plastic-spray line. We adopt advanced welding procedures, automatically weld main joints and reach rank-ii welding quality.
