Hereunder, we will examine our achievements in the purification of copper as an example of our purification research. The tables below show analytical results of impurities in the worldâ??s purest copper (6N: 99.9999%Cu). This analysis was conducted by Glow-Discharge Mass Spectrometry (GDMS), which allows microanalysis of all elements. The result indicates the ultra-purity of the copper, proving that the quantities of all elements other than copper are below the detection limit. It is well known that ultra-high-purity metals possess very unique natures sharply different from those of ordinary metals.
