Birch plywood is a type of plywood that is manufactured using layers of birch veneers. It is known for its high-quality, strength, and durability. Plywood is a composite wood product made by gluing together thin layers of wood veneer, known as plies or layers, with the grain of adjacent layers perpendicular to each other. This cross-graining enhances the structural integrity of the plywood.

Birch FF - Birch FF plywood (LVB) is one kind of Plywood Veneer with LVB texture. This Birch Plywood has layers of wood arranged in the same direction but not as homogeneous as Birch FF plywood (LVD). It can be layered inside vertically, two layers outside horizontally, or randomly placed: 3 horizontal, two vertical, three flat. The thickness of Birch FF plywood (LVB) is from 5.2mm to 25 mm, and its dimension is 1220 x 2440 mm (4x8 ft). With outstanding advantages of LVB texture such as good bearing capacity and high stability with E0 glue-instructing consumer healthy (or can use other glue upon customer request). In general, Birch FF plywood (LVB) has a surface that is not superior to Birch DD and Birch DE, but it still ensures high aesthetics such as beautiful surface and fewer dead knots. And Birch FF (LVD) plywood is considered a hardwood and is more prevalent in the packaging industry. In addition, When Birch FF - Birch FF plywood (LVB) combines a Birch coating and a wood core such as Acacia or mixed or pine wood, this product has several advantages: high durability, water resistance, natural wood grain, minor deformation, and stable form after use.
