5 Frame Plastic Corrugated Nuc Hive Box, Made of wooden. It's useful when you catch a swarm and need somewhere to put them until you get a hive set up.

Nuc boxes are used for raising queens, swarm capture boxes and starter honey bee hives.

You can place a frame with queen cells in the Nuc Box to have the queen hatch without the fear of the old queen destroying the cell.



The Frame is sold separately from the Plastic Nuc Box.

The finished product retains all the inherent benefits of flexible graphite: heat resistance, chemical inertness, low friction, self lubrication, and conforms readily.

Graphite Packing is made of reinforced graphite. The reinforcing materials are various fibers or wires including steel wire, copper wire, nickel wire, carbon fiber, pre-oxidized wire, glass yarn and other reinforced graphite wire.

Graphite packing resists all chemicals across the entire pH range (except fuming sulfuric acid, aqua regia, fuming nitric acid and fluorine). It also has great lubricity and excellent thermal conductivity.
