The MK/ IDM 300 mixer line with removable bowl has been built using the most advanced manufacturing technologies, combining experience, operating safety, and simplicity of use in a single machine. The mixture capacity of mixers is between 160 and 300 kg. The machine frame is made of thick steel structural work, treated with liquid paint.

The head raising and lowering and bowl trolley connect/release are automated by a hydraulic circuit, which also ensures perfect head and trolley locking, preventing horizontal and vertical component oscillations.The stainless steel bowl protection is the closed type. A ring made of polyzene for food use is secured around the protection. Bowl closure during work prevents the dispersion of powders while maintaining a healthy work environment. Bowl rotation by means of friction wheel with thrust spring for increased traction in any conditions of use
