This type of sintered wire mesh laminate is made by sintering multiple layers of plain weave square woven wire mesh together. Because of the large open area percentages of the square woven wire mesh layers, this type of sintered wire mesh laminate has good permeability characteristics and low resistance to flow. The five layers are protection layer, control layer, dispersion layer and two support layers. It has advantages of stable filter precision, high strength and easy backwashing etc.
Features: 1. Good strength and rigidity and convenient to be machined, welded and assembled.
2. High precision and stable performance. Among the five layers, the filter layer in the second layer makes itself well protected and ensures consistent and homogeneous filter precision. High durability can be maintained persistently during operation.
3. Corrosion resistance and heat resistance. The material of s. S. 316l has remarkable features of corrosion resistance and heat resistance. The maintainable temperature is ranged from -200¡æ to 480¡æ and it is still active under a condition of acid or alkali.
4. Easy to clean. With an excellent backwashing construction, it can be reused numerously for longer service life.
