Polyester High Tenacity Yarn is primarily used in applications where a tight grip or tenacity is a main factor. The high tenacity yarn preferably has a tenacity of 60 to 85 cN/tex, an elongation at break of 15% to 35%, a hot-air shrinkage of 4% to 10% and a stretch recovery of 250 to 400 cN/tex.
It has numerous applications like for Ropes Sling, Tie-down, Strapping. Geotextile, Conveyorbelt fabric, Dipped Cord, Hose,Sunshade and many more

1.) general high tenacity yarn (normal shrinkage):main specification: 500d/1000d/1300d/1500d/2000d/2600d/3000d/4000d/and above denier.Main quality index: broken tenacity: over 8.5cn/dt(9.6g/d).
Main applications: v-belt, hoisting cable, conveyor belt, tie down, thread rope, cordage, geotextile, geogrid, fire hose, hose, case belt, net, folding core thread, merdian cloth, canvas, safety belt.
2.) high tenacity low shrinkage yarn:main specification:500d/1000d/1300d/1500d/2000dmain quality index: hot air shrinkage:3.25%+ -0.25% (test method:190c x 15min x 0.01g/d)
Main applications: coating fabrics, canvas, automobile tarpaulin, havelock, water-proof cloth, advertisement jetting paint fabrics, beach umbrella, air inflating material, construction fabrics, lawn establishment, filter material, bag material...
3.) adhesive activated yarn: have two types: high tenacity low shrinkage, high module low shrinkage
4.) twisted yarn and multifilament yarn are available, twisted from 20 to 400 tpm both "s" and "z" direction
5.) color yarn: we can send color yarn card to you including main colors, and we can also produce color yarns according to your color yarn sample
6.) uv stabilized yarn: 0.5% uv to 4% uv, or as per customer's request.
