3 Way Plug Valve
A 3 way plug valve is a type of valve used to control the flow of fluids (liquids or gases) in a piping system. It features three ports, which can be arranged in various configurations to allow for different flow paths. The valve uses a cylindrical or tapered plug with a hole through the center that can be rotated to align with the ports, thereby controlling the flow direction and rate. The plug inside the valve can be rotated to different positions to control the flow path. The plug may have a straight-through hole or a more complex passageway, depending on the desired flow configuration.T-Port: Allows for mixing or diverting flow between the three ports.L-Port: Typically used for diverting flow from one port to another, but not for mixing.
