1. Buyer issues ICPO and passport copy.
2. Seller issues TSR AND INJECTION REPORT to buyer for buyer confirmation and
take over.
3. Buyer takes over seller tanks TSR for 5 to 7 days.
4. Full POP is reissued under buyer name including SGS
5. Buyer pays for total product confirmed in tanks as per given POP and SGS.
6. Upon confirmation of payment of product buyer settles commission of net/gross to
buyer mandate.
7. Next lift is programmed if any or as instructed by the buyer.

I) INJECTION REPORT.
II) Q & Q REPORT (INSPECTION REPORT) SGS FOR THE JUST
CONCLUDED INSPECTION.
III) TANK STORAGE RECEIPT.
