Dewaxing Autoclave

The Dewaxing Autoclave is used for removing the wax patterns in the ceramic shell in the investment casting line. It is designed as an integration of steam boiler (outer chamber) and de-wax chamber (inner chamber) to save space and easy for maintenance. It is important that the inner chamber is always in the high temperature atmosphere, when the the high-temperature steam in outer chamber enters inner side, the pressure balance time is fast to reduce the moisture content in the drained wax, the time needed to process the recovered wax is short and the damage is less, thus to increase the wax recirculating efficiency and decrease the production cost. Because of the rapid pressure balance time, the out of the ceramic shell will be pressed in a short time to avoid cracking due to the wax heat expansion. Therefore, the ceramic shell can get a good performance by using this Dewaxing Autoclave. This machine has been used widely in many foundries worldwide.

The other version is updated to form hose and bellows without any scratch on the surface of the bellow and hose.

Our investment casting equipment includes core leaching autoclave, dewaxing autoclave, wax injection machine, ceramic core injection machine. Our core leaching autoclave is widely used by turbine blades manufacturers.

Our bellow and expansion joint forming machine has utilized our patent technology of rotating salver. Also the auto punch bellow forming machine is updated to form different pitch and convolution height in auto status.
There are also bellow forming machines to form square bellow and ellipse bellow, multiple ply square and ellipse bellow with only one seam.
We have a technical team consisting of 9 engineers to help you design bellow and expansion joint forming machines, hose forming machines, as well as core leaching autoclave and dewaxing autoclaves.

Mechanical hose forming machine contains 2 machine working scopes: DN6-25/ DN 32-50mm.
The remarkable advantage of mechanical hose forming machine lies in the combination of tube mill and hose forming portion. The coil is welded into round pipe and goes directly into the hose forming head, and then comes out as flexible hose.
This kind of hose forming machine can rapidly produce massive flexible hose, and its capacity can rise up to 50m/ hr.

The auto punch bellow forming machine is divided into several ranges: DN100-1200mm, DN100-1600mm, DN1500-5000, customized.
Auto expansion joint machine adopts our patent technology of rotating salver and the cones retract system; FUGE bellow forming machines use Siemens PLC and German Balluff sensors and servo motors to be more precise; the punch bellow forming machine owns 3 working positions and can form 3 bellows at the same time.
The mechanical expansion joint forming machine is powerful enough for multiple layers of bellow and different materials, such as SS, Inconel.
