LDPE Virgin
Chemical Name Low Density Polyethylene
Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) is a thermoplastic polyethylene that is made of natural gas and commonly used to make plastic bags, bottle caps, jars, various food packaging, and others.
LDPE Granules
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is a synthetic resin using a high-pressure process via free radical polymerization of ethylene and is therefore also called high-pressure polyethyleneâ. It features light, flexible, good freezing resistance and impact resistance. LDPE is chemically stable. It has good resistance to acids (except strongly oxidizing acids), alkali, salt, and excellent electrical insulation properties. Its vapor penetration rate is low.
Pet is an opalescent or light yellow highly crystalline polymer with smooth and glossy surface. It has good creep resistance, fatigue resistance, wear resistance and dimensional stability, small wear and high hardness. It has the largest toughness in thermoplastic plastics: good electrical insulation performance, little influence by temperature, but poor corona resistance. It is non-toxic, weather resistant, chemical resistant, stable, low water absorption, weak acid and organic solvent resistance, but not resistant to hot water immersion and alkali.
PET resin has high glass transition temperature, slow crystallization rate, long molding cycle, large molding shrinkage, poor dimensional stability, brittle molding and low heat resistance.
Low density polyethylene (LDPE), also known as high pressure polyethylene, is a kind of plastic material, it is suitable for thermoplastic molding processing of various forming processes, forming processing is good. LDPE is mainly used for thin film products, but also for injection products, medical devices, medicine and food packaging materials, blow molding hollow molding products and so on.
