LYSI-04N is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight active ingredient dispersed in HDPE. It
overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the
resin and processing properties. Now it is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic.

How to use
Addition levels between 1.5~5.0% are suggested . It can be used in classical melt blending process like Twin screw
extruders, injection molding. A physical blend with neat polymer compounds is recommended . Package 25Kg / bag , craft paper bag
Storage Transport as non-hazardous chemical. Store in a cool , well ventilated place . Shelf life Original characteristics remain intact for 24 months , if kept in recommend storage.
