TUF Marine and Offshore solas thermal insulation immersion suit or survival suits are approved by SOLAS,EC, CCS and produced in China. Thermal performance: the wearer in the calm water flow of 0-2 centigrades for 6 hours, the body temperature drops no more than 2 centigrades

Available Types:
-Type I Immersion suit
It meets the requirements of SOLAS and IMO regulations. It has watertight, buoyant and natural insulation functions, and is equipped with whistle and life jacket lights. It connects the pants together to protect the entire body except the face, suitable for all sailing ships, oil platforms and other marine operations.
-Type II Immersion Suit
It meets the requirements of IMO LSA and MSC 81. (70) (In Accordance with the rules of IMO LSA, MSC 81. (70)).It is equipped with a whistle and a life jacket light. The fabric is made of high quality neoprene composite. It is water-repellent, heat-insulating, temperature-resistant, flame-retardant, oil-resistant and specified strength, multi-layer composite, non-toxic, non-irritating odor, not affecting by sea air, sea water, fresh water, oil or fungi.
-Insulated Solas Immersion Suit for adults or children.

Its gear is made of low carbon alloy steel by carbon penetrating, quench and teeth grinding to reach high strength and precision. The output shaft is finely made of special alloy steel to suit the requirement of large output torque. The thrust bearing group is a combination design that adopts advanced tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing and full complement cylindrical roller bearings which have a large bearing capacity. The lubrication style adopts oil immersion and spray lubrication and it can also be equipped with pipe style cooling system based on the different requirements of the machine. The whole machine has a well-balanced appearance advanced structure superior bearing performance and smooth operation. It is an ideal selection of counter-rotating parallel twin screw extruder gearbox.
