use: Nutritional supplements, solidifying agents, flavor enhancers, processing aids. Additives for brewing, supplement magnesium in brewing water, as a nutrient source during fermentation, improve fermentation ability; improve the flavor of synthetic sake (0.002%); adjust the hardness of water.
