Application Range;
Apply to directly exposed roofing waterproof project.
Conformation Points;
Waterproof base: steel structure base, cement mortar or concrete base, internal and external angles should be in the form of circular arch, internal angle diameter should be bigger than 50mm, external angle diameter bigger than 10mm. For base cracks and grooves at the pipe end, sealing material should be filled and addition waterproof treatment should be made.
Film-coated waterproof layer: in case of multi-coating protection, thickness of each film coating should not be smaller than 1.5mm; for one-coating protection, thickness should not be smaller than 2mm. It can be separate film-coated waterproof conformation, and a layer of base reinforcement material can also be added according to actual engineering situation or design requirements.
Attention for construction;
Appropriate construction temperature is between, construction is not suitable in rainy days or there is water on the base.
Before hard dying of the film coating, waling on the waterproof layer is strictly forbidden, and protect it from damages.

Polyurethane waterproof coatings can be divided into one-component and two-component.
One-component polyurethane waterproof coating, also known as moisture-curing polyurethane waterproof coating, is a reactive moisture-curing film-forming waterproof coating. It is applied to the waterproof base layer during use and is cured to cross link into a tough, soft and seamless rubber waterproofing membrane by reacting with moisture in the air.
High-strength polyurethane waterproof coating is a two-component reactive curing waterproof coating. High-strength polyurethane waterproof coating Two-component chemical reaction-cured isocyanate-terminated prepolymer obtained by polycondensation of polyether and acid. Component B is composed of plasticizer, curing agent, thickener, accelerator, and filler. Composition of colored liquids. When used, the two components of A and B are uniformly mixed in proportion, coated on the surface of the waterproof base layer, and often cured by temperature cross linking to form a rubber elastic film with high elasticity, high strength and durability, thereby waterproofing.
The waterborne polyurethane waterproof coating generally refers to the one-component polyurethane waterproof coating, and the oily refers to the two-component polyurethane waterproof coating; in comparison, the water performance is almost the same, the price is also cheaper, the most important thing to look at the use environment! However, waterborne polyurethane waterproof coatings are more environmentally friendly.
