Zq Power Tong

ZQ series of drill pipe power tong marked with III are developed types from ZQ203-100 power tong. The power tong can be fixed on the accommodation track for front and back walk. It can pass across the well head and go to the mouse hole for working. Master tong can move upward and downward. Walk and lift of the tong can be remote controlled and automatically handled. Especially suitable for the occation with small wellbay suface.

Zq series drill pipe power tongs are the ideal handing tools for oil drilling, which are widely applied to make up and break out pipes for offshore drilling and land drilling and workover operation. ZQ Drill Pipe Power Tong is an ideal wellhead tool for oil drilling,widely applied in madding-up and breaking-out for well drilling and repairing on offshore and land.Ppen-throat design of the ZQ-series with high mobility allows escaping from drilling pipe freely .The tong is a combination of spinning tong and torque tong .It substitutes cathead,suspension tong and spinning rope in making-up and breaking-out.The Tongs are designed and manufactured according to API Spec7kSpecification for Drilling Equipment.

1,The tong head is the open structure position, and the integral tong head has good hardness and rigidity;

2,The three-jaw-plate clamping device is adopted in the master tong and back tongs. The front two jaw plates of the master tong are in the swing structure and the back jaw plate is the roller-climbing structure.

3,Four-gear rotation is adopted for large speed regulation range.

4,It has the braking mode with braking staple. The braking torque is large. The operation is simple. And it is convenient for repair and replacement;

5,With the open large gear supporting structure, hardness and rigidity of open large gear is enhanced considerably;

6,The shell is made of steel plate with high hardness.

7,Hydraulic torque indicator is provided. And installation interface of turning torque instrument is provided for computerized management.

Brand new Hydraulic Break out Tong can disconnect drill pipe from 42mm-127mm.
