Working principle of airflow screen
Theoretically speaking, the airflow screen abandons the traditional operation principle of gravitational potential energy and opens up a new way of screening work by carrying fluid kinetic energy. It uses the high-speed airflow as the carrier in the closed state to make the fully diffused powder particles spray into the screen with enough kinetic energy to achieve the purpose of rapid classification.
Generally speaking, the airflow screen uses the characteristics of small and light powder particles, easy to float and good fluidity to fully diffuse them into the air flow. The powder is no longer agglomerated, but a single particle passes through the screen with the air flow in turn. Therefore, the airflow screen has large output, high efficiency, no sticking to the screen, no blocking the mesh and accurate fineness.
