FM-25 is professional mobile machine for foam concrete.
1. Structure
FM-25 includes four parts, a belt conveyor (screw feeder), a mixer, a pump and a built-in foam
generator inside the pump. The machine is easy to install, dismantle, transport, and construct at site.
The machine has been fully debugged in factory.
FM-25 is a mobile unit which blends foam concrete from sand, cement, water, foaming agent directly at the building site. The machine continually mixes all ingredients mechanically, which allows for fresh concrete with the best properties. The process is controlled and supervised by a control panel.
At least four people are required to run the machine, one machine operator who control machine, two provides the machine with raw materials and one person to place the foam concrete in a mold.
