The scraper chain has the condition of jumping teeth at the sprocket assembly, which is caused by many factors, such as too loose scraper chain, twisted chain segment, unequal length or elongation of double-strand chain or different number of rings, as well as the influence of excessive scraper deformation. The correct treatment method is to adjust it: re-tensioning the scraper chain, re-install the twisted chain segment correctly, check the scraper chain length and elongation if unqualified, it should be adjusted and replaced, and must use the odd ring chain, and is to replace the seriously deformed scraper.
