Rabbit Ceramic Lining Sheet is the combination of high alumina ceramic tile moulded on to soft dampening rubber. These sheets are specifically made for high wet abrasion resistance combined with promotion of easy flow of process material and are cold bonded to the mother equipment with adhesives.

This kind of line is specially designed for producing APET, PETG and CPET single-layer and multi-layer sheet with thickness of 0.15mm to 1.5 mm and width of 500mm to 1500mm. It can be for produce PS, PP and PE sheet also.

Introducton of uhmw-pe liner sheet


Ultra-high-molecular-weihgt polyethylene (uhmwpe, uhmw) is a subset of the thermoplastic polyethylene. Also know as high-modulus polyethylene, (hmpe), or high-performance olyethylene (hdpe), it has extremely long chains, with a molecular mass usually between 2 and 6 million u. The longer chain serves to transfer load more dffectively to the polymer backbone by strengthening inermolecular ineractions. This results in a very tough materal, with the highest impact strength of any thrmoplastic presently made.

Uhmwpe is odorless, tasteless, and nontoxic. It id highly resistant to corosive chemicals ecept oxidizing acids; has extremely low moisture absorption and a very low coefficient of friction; is self-lubricating; and is highly resistant to abrasion, in some forms being 15times more resistant to abrasion than carbon steel. Its coefficient of friction is significantly lower than that of nylon and acetal, and is comparable to that of olytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe, tefion), but uhmwpe has better abrasion resistance than ptfe.
