One side of the foil surface is coated with heat seal lacquer and the other side is printed or unprinted according to the order by the customer.
Printing & Lacquer Coating: Printing will be done as per the text, layout and shade of hand proof as approved by the customer. For non-printed surfaces, a specified clear lacquer will be coated as a protective layer. Printing inks and lacquer coatings are capable of withstanding 160 C for 1 second dwell time. For printed foil shade, tolerance to heat will be based on a shade card (light to dark) only
Holographic threads are fused into the blister foil in such a way that hologram becomes the part of blister foil and cannot be removed or tampered.Our foils are of high quality and are consistent and reliable.The aluminum foil is directly embossed (max width 160mm) hologram image on the surface of aluminum foil. It's embossed by hologram nickel shim. Post this,a customized holographic image is transferred on the aluminum foil using advanced technologies.
