LZ series sand recycling system has absorbed foreign advanced technology, and designed combined with sand field actual situation. It is widely used in mud purification, artificial sand production line, hydropower station, sand aggregate system, glass raw material processing system, coarse slime recovery, and recycle fine material. It can effectively reduce the loss amounts of fine material; solve problems of end product such as relatively high fineness modulus and relatively low stone powder content. The fine material can be recycled as high as 95%, with incomparable technical and economic advantages.

Working principle
Through rubber pipes sand and water mixture is extracted from cleaning tank into slurry pump. The fine sand is collected by the centrifugal force of cyclone, then fed to the polyurethane screen from the apex spray. The 0.16-3mm fine sand and water are efficiently separated through the vibration screen. The waste water will flow back to the return box, through weld chute or pipes flowing to a settling pond.

We are glad to propose 500 MT of stain less steel mill scale.
Mill scale is formed on the outer surfaces during by the hot rolling lamination of stainless-steel products.

At a visual inspection the material is a hard brittle sand and is mainly composed of iron oxides, mostly ferric, and is bluish black in colour, but it also contains considerable alloying elements such as chromium and nickel.

The recovery ratio after melting in furnace for the most valuable alloy elements is:
- Ni: 3.5 - 4.5%
- Cr: 6-8%


From the chemical and physical analysis performed on the scrap, and according to the European environmental rules, the material has been classified as a special non dangerous waste, listed in green list. In particular the mill scale can be classified as follows:

The material is stored on cemented flooring, and it can be loaded loose in tipper trucks or containers.

Fine Sand Recovery System

It can effectively solve the problem of fine sand recycling.
Fine Sand Recovery System Features:
1.The vibrating screen adopts polyurethane seives, which has longer service life than and does not plug holes.
2.It has high efficient fine sand recovery effect, achieving high capacity, and low power consumption.
3.It can be equipped with 1, 2 or 3 sets of hydrocyclones. Thus, it can meet the requirements of different capacity.
Working Principle :
When the fine sand recovery device works, the mixture of sand and water is transported to the hydrocyclone through the slurry pump. Then, the fine sand with eccentricity is conveyed to the vibrating screen. After dewatering, the fine sand is effectively separated from the water.Then, a small amount of fine sand and mud goes back to the washing tank through the return box.When the liquid surface of the washing tank rises, the fine sand is discharged from the discharge openning. The linear vibrating screen can recover material with concentration between 70% and 85%. Moreover, the fineness modulus can be adjusted by changing rotatation speed of the pump, concentration of the mortar, overflow water volume or replacing the mortar nozzle, so as to complete cleaning, dehydration, and classification.
