This product is one of the few kinds of antioxidant, which is non-toxic, tasteless, light colored. Widely apply in each kind of elastomer. It can be used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and other plastic masterbatch. It may use as the urethane foam as well as the electric wire, the electric cable, packaging material for food, the adhesive antioxidant, especially for heat-resisting , lightfastness, ageing resistance in the neoprene colored cable sheath, antioxidant KY-445 is are remarkable. It can use as lightfastness and ageing resistance antioxidant in the polyether and foam, and also as lubricant antioxidant. It's specially effective to protect neoprene, polyacrylate rubber, polyether polyol and so on from ageing resistance because of high fever, light and some other factors. It has good cooperative effect with the sulf-antioxidant.

Application
1) As dyes intermediate used for the manufacture of vanillin, azo dyes, triphenylmethane dyes etc. As an important intermediate for dyestuff, mainly used in the production of triphenyl methane dyestuff, also as solvent, antiseptic for metal, solidity for epoxy resin and polyester, and catalytic promoter for polyreaction of ethylene chemical compound.
2) In medical industry, it is used in the production of cephalosporin V, sulfanilamide -6-methoxamine pyrimidine, fluorine pyrimidine.
3) In perfume industry, it is used in the production of vanilla, as well as the vulcanized agent for rubber or the raw material for dynamite and some organic intermediates.
Application
Dye intermediates and analytical reagents. This product is used for the determination of indole, skatole, urocyanin, tryptophan and ergogenine, etc., and is also used to distinguish serum rash from scarlet fever.
2. In terms of dyes, it can be used to synthesize thermosensitive dyes. It is also used in the production of cationic brilliant red G (C.I.B. Basicred 52). It can also be used as a dye intermediate; It is used as a reagent for the determination of urobilin, indole, alkaloids, etc., as well as a chromatographic analysis reagent.
3. It is used to determine indole, skatole, urocyanin, tryptophan, albumin, hydrogen peroxide, arsine, o-aminobenzoic acid, antipyrine and ergoine, etc., and is also used to distinguish serum rash and fishy red fever.
4. Manufacture dyes.
5. Reagents for the detection of amino acids, peptides, amines, indole, hydrazine, hydrogen peroxide, o-aminobenzoic acid, antipyrine and ergosine; Used as a chromogenic agent for tryptophan; Used for detecting tryptophan in proteins; Test reagents for identifying indole-generating microorganisms; It can react with pyrrole and primary amines to form colored condensation products (Schiff base).
