Application
1.It has a broad-spectrum, high-efficiency bactericidal and algae-killing ability, and has special effects on killing sulfate-reducing bacteria.
2.Soluble in water, easy to use, not affected by water hardness, and has a strong slime stripping effect.
3.No residue will not cause secondary pollution.
4.For systems that cannot be controlled by chlor gas, this series of products can effectively control the growth of algae and slime.
5.It has the functions of dispersion and penetration, can penetrate and remove slime and peel off the attached algae, and has the ability to remove oil, and also has the effect of cleaning oil stains.
6.Strong adaptability: Benzalkonium chloride fungicide is effective in sterilizing and killing algae in different PH ranges, that is, it can be used under both acidic and alkaline conditions.
Benzalkonium Chloride / Dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride is a kind of cationic surfactant, belonging to nonoxidizing boicide. It can efficiently withhold algae propagation and sludge reproduction.
Benzalkonium Chloride also has dispersing and penetrating properties, can penetrate and remove sludge and algae, has advantages of low toxicity, no toxicity accumulation, soluble in water, convenient in use, unaffected by water hardness.
1. Benzalkonium chloride (BKC) is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, textile and other industries in the circulating cooling water system, to control the bacteria Algae breeding in circulating cooling water system.
2.Benzalkonium chloride (BKC) can be also used as anti-mildew agent, antistatic agent, emulsifying agent and amendment agent in woven and dyeing fields.
3.Benzalkonium chloride (BKC) is also widely used as a disinfectant in the Hospital, Livestock and Personal Hygiene sectors. Dual biocidal and detergency properties ensure high efficacy against Bacteria, Algae and Fungi and enveloped Viruses at exceptionally low ppm concentrations.

Usage:
As nonoxidizing boicide, dosage of 50-100mg/L is preferred; as sludge remover, 200-300mg/L is preferred, adequate organosilyl antifoaming agent should be added for this purpose. This product can be used together with other fungicidal such as isothiazolinones, glutaraldegyde, dithionitrile methane for synergism, but cannot be used together with chlorophenols. If sewage is appeared after thrown of this product in circulating cool water, the sewage should be filtered or blown off in time to prevent their deposit in bottom of collecting tank after froth disappearance.
No blending with anion surfactant.
Safety Protection:
A little smell of almond, no visible stimulation to skin. When contacted, flush with water.
Benzalkonium chloride, also known as BZK, BKC, BAC, alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride and ADBAC, is a type of cationic surfactant. It is an organic salt classified as a quaternary ammonium compound. It has three main categories of use: as a biocide, a cationic surfactant, and as a phase transfer agent.[2] ADBACs are a mixture of alkylbenzyldimethylammonium chlorides, in which the alkyl group has various even-numbered alkyl chain lengths.
