Our Moulding facility in the three manufacturing locations comprises a total of 182 injection moulding units with various clamping capacities ranging from 18 to 1200 tons, as well as 7 blow moulding units with capacities ranging from 200 to 750 cc. Manufacturing is in an environmentally controlled atmosphere, employing SPC and SQC techniques ensuring highly repeatable Quality. It is an operation that is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 and UL. We employ closed-loop material handling systems, microprocessor controlled and automated part handling robots to provide high efficiency moulding.
This product is a single coating adhesive. It can be dried at a low temperature and then cured at a high temperature to adapt to the bonding of various substrates.
