Product Introduction

Sintered wire cloth laminate is a product made by laminating and sintering one or more pieces of wire mesh (the steel wires of the wire mesh are welded together). It is a kind of metal filter product that can well balance strength, pore diameter, and pressure. It is usually rated according to the particle size it will retain, either on an absolute micron scale or a nominal micron scale, expressed in microns.
wire cloth laminates are permanently bonded under precise diffusion bonding (sintering) conditions, resulting in strong monolithic materials used in a variety of engineering applications ranging from industrial filtration to aerospace transpiration cooling.

Applications
Pre-filter
Collects large foreign objects to protect and extend main filter life
Surface filtration
Sintered metal filters are used for internal filtration (depth filtration) and sintered wire mesh for surface filtration.
Silencer
The silencer made of sintered wire mesh has a small pressure loss, and the sound does not propagate in a straight line, but needs to go through a complicated flow path, so the noise reduction effect can be expected.
Explosion-proof filter
The explosion-proof filter using sintered metal mesh, the flame arrester has a fire extinguishing effect through fine holes, transmits internal pressure through the continuous pores of the sintered metal filter, and has excellent strength due to the bonding between metal materials.
