ZIM A2000 machine can make concrete pipe, square culvert and other concrete materials between 800mm-2000mm diameter and 2000mm-3500mm lenght.
In this machines mortar stocking and filling operations are done by mortar conveyor band with bunker.
Materials which produced in this machine are transferred to drying area via crane.
Our machine is making production on steel pallets. Produced material is carried to drying area with outer mould. After discharging the ready material to drying area, outer mold is movingto main machine for new production.
Our Machine is working with hydraulic press and vibration systems.
Vibration system of the machine is special design of ZIM Engineers.
Vibration system which have oil cooling system and special oil unit.

We designed a baling and cutting system for plastic materials that optimizes storage and transportation costs. The most efficient way to bale plastics is producing high density bales with dimensions that allow making the best use of the available volume on the most common methods of transport, such as trucks and containers. This allows to minimize the free space on the means of transport and to reach the maximum transportable weight. 
The blades of our balers for plastic materials are V-shaped to ensure perfect integrity on the upper surface of the bale. In this way, bales can b e stocked in multiple vertical rows.

Baler is popularly used for continuous compression of wastes with recyclable value such as paper, cardboard and plastics; drum baler used for continuous compression of PET bottles, paper and cardboard. Automatic control by PLC and tight wire coupling can help produce tightly compressed bales and provide users with the convenient and safe operation. The compressed bales allow the users to have more storage space and transportation highly economical. Baler is typically installed on the final discharge section of MSW system.

Mobile Screening & Sand Washing Plant is a single-chassis solution for stone, sand other mineral quarries where the product needs to be sorted out and washed to get clean and ready-for-usage construction aggregate. Being one of the developed solutions for the stone crushing field, all parts of the line are constructed on a single chassis, where attachments like additional bunker walls, walking platforms, and conveyor belt are of foldable design.
