KetaSpire KT-850 is the intermediate-flow grade of unreinforced polyetheretherketone (PEEK) supplied in a natural-color pellet form. KetaSpire PEEK is produced to the highest industry standards and is characterized by a distinct combination of properties, which include excellent wear resistance, best-in-class fatigue resistance, ease of melt processing, high purity and excellent chemical resistance to organics, acids and bases.

These properties make it well-suited for applications in healthcare, transportation, electronics, chemical processing and other industrial uses.

SOLVAY Veradel PES/PESU Series:
Veradel PESU was formerly marketed as Gafone PESU Veradel 3000P, 3100P, 3200P, 3400P and 3600P are polyethersulfone (PESU) powders for dissolving or dispersing into solutions. They can also be ground to smaller particle size or blended with other solid particles. The grades differ by their molecular weights, with 3000P the highest and 3600P the lowest. There is a direct correlation between molecular weight and solution viscosity. PESU offers excellent toughness and outstanding hydrolytic resistance. It resists attack from steam, boiling water, and mineral acids. Cast films or coatings of PESU are transparent and have additional desirable properties including long term thermal stability, excellent metal adhesion and formability and inherent flame resistance. Typical applications include high-temperature coating formulations, membranes, advanced high-temperature composites, and specialty adhesives.

VeradelPESU (polyethersulfone) combines good chemical resistance with a high heat deflection temperature, making it a good fit for baby bottles and other food service applications. This resin is also inherently flame retardant for use in electronic components and testing devices

Customized High-Performance Polyketones

AvaSpire PAEK (polyaryletherketone) is a family of high-performance polyketones tailored to fill cost and performance gaps between PEEK and other high-performance polymers. For example, ductility and toughness can be significantly improved versus comparable grades of PEEK, delivering 20% higher tensile elongation at yield and doubled tensile elongation at break values.


Depending on the grade, AvaSpire PAEK outperforms comparable grades of PEEK.

Radel polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) delivers the highest performance of our sulfone polymers, offering better impact resistance and chemical resistance than polysulfone (PSU) and polyetherimide (PEI).
