What is it?

Biochar is a charcoal like substance made from the high temperature treatment of biomass in a low oxygen environment containing at least 60 % carbon â?? this is a conducted via thermal process known as pyrolysis. Pyrolysis process bio char at temperature much higher than ordinary charcoal, giving the biochar special properties that are targeted for making soils healthy

How to use ?

1> Kanuma has good results whether it uses for professional production, home cultivation or soil improvement. Especially suitable for plants which are sluggish, avoid humidity, and tolerate barrenness such as various bonsai, orchids, and alpine flowers. Kanuma can be used as single media or substrate which mixes in other soil medias such as peat, Akadama.
2> The recommended mixing ratio is 30% for flowers and foliage plants, 50% for bulb flowers, and 60% for orchids.
