SZ series gearbox for conical twin-screw extruder is a special driving unit matched with conical twin-screw rod extruder. It consists of two parts, namely, the reduction box and the distribution box. After reducing speed and increasing torque of the motor, it outputs the motive power to the distribution box, then drives the double output shafts (the included angle is the same with that of twin-screw rods) via a pair of small conical spiral gears with driving ration of 1:1,thus to drive screw rods to rotate outward with different direction.
Product Feature
1.There are involute cylindrical gearbox, which data and structure are optimally designed by the computer.
2.The gears are made of top-quality high strength low carbon alloy steel after carbon penetrating, quench and teeth grinding. It has high hardness on teeth surface, large bearing ability, small noise, smooth operation and high driving efficiency.
3.The material of the distribution box is nodular graphite casting iron and the gears have high-strength ground teeth, in which snake-shaped cooling water pipes are distributed.
4.The maximum input speed of the gearbox is normally not larger than 1500 rpm.
5.The temperature in work environment is -10-45.When temperature is lower than 0,the lubricant oil should be preheated to + 10 before starting.

ZL type elastic pin tooth coupling is suitable for coaxial axis drive shaft system, using nylon rod longitudinal section shear strength, can transfer a large torque, 0. 112 ~ 2800KN m. Working temperature -20 70C, can partially replace the tooth coupling. It has certain compensating axial offset energy force and general damping performance.
ZL type is used for ordinary cylindrical shaft holes and ZLD type is used for conical holes. Pay attention to selection.

Wooden Case

Tapered roller bearings consist of four basic components including the cone (inner ring), the cup (outer ring), tapered rollers, and a cage (roller retainer). Tapered roller bearings are designed such that their conical rollers and raceways are arranged so that all elements of the roller and raceway cones meet at a common apex on the bearing axis. The rollers are guided by the contact between the large end of the roller and the rib on the inner ring (cone).
This construction provides a high capacity for radial loads, axial loads, and combined loads. The larger the contact angle, the greater the loading capacity becomes. When a pure radial load is placed on the bearing, an induced load in the axial direction is also generated. So, these bearings are generally used in pairs opposing each other. Tapered roller bearings have the inherent advantage of being adjustable and, they can be set to approach optimum performance in almost any application. Spherical disc butterfly valve is developed combined with the advantage of the butterfly valve and segment ball valve . The special disc butterfly valve can be used at inlet and outlet of the water pump,piping network system,recovery system,high water tank,sewage system and any other back flow preventing position to shut off or control the pipeline.
