Sticky mats effectively prevent foot-borne and wheel-borne contamination from entering controlled areas by pulling dirt and debris off passing surfaces. These 30-layer floor mats are made of high strength PE materials, coated with water-based acrylic adhesive in our ISO Class 6 cleanroom (Cleanroom Class 1,000). They are available in 3 colors (white, blue or grey) and 4 standard or customized sizes to fit your needs.

Sticky mat is mainly placed at the entrance of rooms that need to be dust-proof, or buffer areas . It is also applicable to the production lines of micro-electronic, semiconductor, lcd and pcb industries and so on. It can effectively stick and remove dust from soles , wheels and products to minimize the effect of dust on quality of clean environment. In this way, dust removal is easily achieved, unlike other mats that can not remove dust thoroughly and ensure indiffusibility of dust.

The product consists of layers of pe films with digital labels of 1-30++++ on left or right lower corners of each layer to facilitate replacement. Firstly, tear the protective layer on the sticky surface off from the opening of the back. And then, stick it on clean dry access floor level. Press and level the sticky mat on the ground with sole. Tear the protective layer off from the opening of the right side. At this point, it can be used. If the surface of the sticky piece is full of dust during its use, this layer shall be torn off from the opening and then the next clean layer can be used.
