Features:
1.The work piece (unlocking product) will be moved by XYZ axis in correct waiting position, where the locking system tightens the screws immediately after calibration, no human intervention during the whole process.
2.The Y-axis can be made to double stations (2 Y-axis) as user's requirements so that the operator can use the stations by turns. When one piece is finishing locking, the operator can change another product very easily and quickly.
3.It can be equipped with manipulator to realize automatic feeding to conveyor belt, which greatly improves the flexibility of operation.
4.Rotary disc screw feeder and vacuum suction screw taking mode to avoid screw jamming and screw crooked phenomenon
5.It has the detection functions of leak lock, sliding teeth, floating lock and so on. It can effectively reduce QC work.
