The technical features are as below:
1.the density of baling block is 2 T/M according to the requirement in third grade in conformity with GB4223-84 recycle Carbon Scrap Steel Category&Technique Terms.
2.the hydraulic station adopted the entirety type valve block, and its volume is small, and realize the partial non-pipe design, and it decrease the leakage.
3.the control valve adopted lishile series valves, changeover is stable and flexible, and noise is low.
4.optimizing the system design, assuring the oil temperature is not less than 55
5.the machine is driven by hydraulic system, and the electric system is automatically controlled by PLC.Controling is stable and modification is convenient.
6.the machine can be laid in the flattening concrete floor, and it needn't be made the foundation.
7.The discharge mode includes turn bag, push bag, fore push bag.
