Disc Top caps are a type of dispensing cap that allow the user to dispense product without unscrewing the cap. When light pressure is applied to the recessed region on the top of the cap a dispensing orifice is exposed. After use the cap is closed by pressing down on the raised end. These closures are available with different orifice sizes to ensure controlled product dispensing and are easily opened using one hand. Disc tops are suitable for a wide variety of product applications, although they are not recommended for very low viscosity (very thin) products.
